The Falcon CCT StoryTim and Carin Johnson, both registered nurses, developed and founded Falcon Critical Care Transport in 1998. With their extensive backgrounds in critical care, emergency, trauma, and air ambulances, they saw a need in our communities for the transportation of critically ill patients to higher levels of care.Protocols were developed with their medical director, E. Pat Gary, M.D., advanced medical equipment and medications purchased, permits and licenses obtained, and so it all began. Falcon has grown over the years and has developed the high standards that exist today in transporting the critically ill patient. |

Tanya Reisinger, their daughter and also a registered nurse, joined the team in 2001. She has brought to the company her nursing skills developed in the emergency department at Doctor’s Medical Center and her critical care experience from John Muir Medical Center. She is in charge of our Training and Education, which our nurses need maintain the highest standard of care that we deliver for our patients. Tanya is a major asset to Falcon through her eagerness to facilitate and oversee the daily operations of the company.Brian Johnson, their son, came onboard after graduating form St. Mary’s College with a double degree in both business and economics in 2000. Brian facilitated the development of the BLS division, developed contacts with many facilities and incorporated advanced technical support to the operations. Brian has brought to this company the energy and know how to pull all of it together. He then proceeded to advance his education and became a registered nurse. Brian has developed a complete package between business and nursing, to help maintain the structure and integrity established from the beginning. |
